For one of our clients, leader in energy and telecoms systems, we are looking for Site HSE Manager to work in Germany.

The position holder is responsible for the planning, implementation, coordination and monitoring of HSE activities within the framework of projects according to the project complexity, the scope of work, the business methods, the contractual requirements and the relevant laws, standards and regulations. He also supports HSE activities within the Group.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring compliance with all contractual and legal HSE requirements at project level

• Assist in the preparation of HSE plans and other related documents in accordance with company’s HSE management system and HSE contract requirements.

• Clarification of project-specific SHE questions as required

• Reporting and investigation of accidents, incidents, illnesses and dangerous occurrences as well as

near misses in accordance with the procedures of company and the customer

• Hold appropriate meetings dealing with specific investigations and review all related SHE recommendations

• Promoting the safety and well-being of all persons in the workplace and other persons affected by

the SHE activities

• Ensure that SHE metrics, including information on waste and energy consumption, are collected

monthly, including for subcontractors

• Analysis of safety observation maps and provision of analysis results

• Participation in draft and detailed HAZID meetings

• Technical university degree (engineering) with many years of experience in the relevant international

and multicultural field (e.B. EPCI work with a focus on construction work and HAZID methods)

• English skills: C1 or higher
• German language skills preferred
