Site Portfolio Manager (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers

Do you have a good knowledge of contracts and good legal expertise? Are you experienced in the area of legal advisory? Then become part of our team as Site Portfolio Manager (m/f/d) and take responsibility for drafting, reviewing, and adapting the site contracts. In your role, execute the processes associated with site landlord and lease management and support us in the infrastructure development of Vantage Towers Germany.

Your challenges:

• You execute the processes associated with site landlord and lease management.
• You are responsible for drafting, reviewing, and adapting the site contracts.
• You ensure the ongoing alignment with the Vantage Towers’ Legal department.
• You take responsibility for the monitoring of contract negotiation results.
• You create reports concerning the contract portfolio for the program leadership.

Your qualification:

• Successfully completed studies in the field of law or equivalent (commercial lawyer, or at least 1st state examination)
• At least 4 years of professional experience in the area of legal advisory
• Good knowledge of contracts and good legal expertise (contract law, tenancy law, construction law)
• Good knowledge of processes and workflows in the field of deployment and in related specialist areas
• Expertise in the field of telecommunication systems and infrastructure would be a plus
• Fluent German and English skills, written and spoken (C1 according to CEFR)

You have the opportunity to either work full-time or part-time with at least 30 hours per week.
