Growing Telecom Firm with multi-year Turf Contracts in 29 states is seeking qualified Skill Level 2 – Skill Level 4 Installers for deployments of 4G & 5G Technology in a fast-paced environment for the following regions:
- Northern California
- Southern California
- Pacific Northwest (OR/WA)
- Midwest (IN/IL/WI)
- Texas
Applicants must have previous experience in Central Office, HUB, Cell-Site, DAS, &/or DC Power Installations. Satellite Dish installation experience is not applicable. Must have a flexible schedule for both day & night work, as required, and be willing to travel. Wages commensurate with experience and include additional travel pay/per diem as applicable. Vacation pay, Medical/Dental/Optical Insurance benefits are provided to all Shields full-time employees. Skill Level 4 Installers that demonstrate the ability to perform Site Lead/Foremen responsibilities shall receive Company truck and tools.

Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
