We are seeking a Specialist Network Provisioning, to manage and report on the Government Subsidies Program. Working closely with the Senior Manager, Network Provisioning, this is an opportunity for anyone looking for a unique challenge and an opportunity to grow his or her career.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Program Delivery
  • Professionalism – this role works as a liaison between Bell Canada and various government agencies.
  • Ensure risks are identified and establish a mitigation plan
  • Prime interface with key Stakeholders
  • Provide problem-solving leadership to project team in project scope, timeline, functions, etc.
  • Track and report on project progress.
  • Provide support to the prioritization and escalation process.
  • Develop/maintain working relationships
  • Financial Management of assigned projects
  • Planned vs. Forecasted vs. Actual

Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Access Network
  • Project management experience
  • Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Fluent (advanced) English language skills (oral and written)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task/time manage/prioritize
  • Ability to work under tight time constraints and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency
  • Strong aptitude to recognize opportunities for improvement and take appropriate action
  • PC Proficient – Intermediate to Advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • SAP P50 experience
  • Experience presenting to Senior Management

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 yrs. experience in Access Network
  • Prior management / supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of outside plant installation, maintenance, or construction
