Job Description

Telecom Voice & Network Experience

  • Cisco UCM – Unified Communication Manager administration, configuration, troubleshooting
  • Hands on experience on Call Flow configuration (UCM & UCCX), adding new Cisco Sites, Patch management, Migration of Call manager
  • Extension mapping for Variant call recording, Checking variant recording status
  • Experience in LAN and WAN technologies, traffic analysis, capacity planning, modeling, problem resolution A wide knowledge of IT hardware, software, operations and networks; and

An in-depth understanding of service management techniques, including change management, incident management, Data Centre Operations and configuration management.

  • The Voice & Network Technician is responsible for supporting all Voice, Network and Audio Visual environments including Voice recording, automated fax solutions and telecoms circuits.
  • Crisis response and recovery;
  • A track record of delivering complex programmes and projects;
  • Ensure availability of Telecoms Services with resilience and contingency.
  • To prioritise, schedule and manage Telecoms services.
  • Provide Support to the IT Technical Specialist & Telecoms team, including strategy, technical design, implementation and support documentation.
  • Maintains services through 24/7 support
