JOB SUMMARY
Alexander Technology Group is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager for a growing biopharmaceutical company located in Greater Boston. The role of the Senior IT Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize complex global IT projects and programs according to deadlines, budget and company procedures and guidelines. This involves organizing the efforts of team members and third party contractors or consultants in order to execute projects according to plan. In collaboration with the business counterpart the Senior IT Project Manager will define the project’s objectives and value for the company.

Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology (IT), computer science or equivalent related IT experience
- 10 years minimum experience in IT complex project and program management in international and complex organization
- PMP or Prince2 certification required
- ITIL foundation certification is a must
- Experience in Agile methodology (scrum) is a plus

Core Responsibilities:
- Lead, oversee and ensure the successful execution and management of single or multiple complex projects or programs within scope, quality, time and budget constraints that may be clearly defined or may need dynamic change management
- Identify and schedule complex project deliverables, milestones and required activities and tasks
- Provide motivation and leadership to project team members throughout the project life cycle and collaborate with project staff to outline work plan
- Produce status reports and modify schedules or plans as required and in a fully autonomous way
- Find solutions or alternatives to project challenges when needed or even proactively
