This career opportunity is a fast-paced senior position in our Network Operations Center. You will be responsible for managing many SMB client backups, system patching, and anti-virus events. This administrative position requires great customer service and the ability to adapt to changing challenges.
As part of a team, you will be required to work closely with others and have good communication skills. As a senior position, your experience will be used by the team for escalation requests. While this position is mostly remote, you will have opportunities to visit client sites and work directly with the client.

Role and Responsibilities
- Backup/AV/Patching administration
- Escalated support requests
- Internal systems administration and upgrades
- Some travel
- On call rotation with team
- Some after-hours or weekend work is required
