We are searching for a Senior Product Manager to support our Voice pricing strategy for SMB (Small-Medium Businesses). In this role, you will be responsible for leading the acquisition pricing strategy to win new business opportunities in the wireline market.

The Acquisition, Product Marketing team owns the design and implementation of our customer acquisition strategy and roadmap. You have strong collaboration & organizational skills, with a passion for learning, that will be critical in driving the success in our portfolio.
A successful candidate would be a natural collaborator, innovator, team player and problem solver. In this role you will have the opportunity to collaborate with an extensive network of stakeholders within and outside of Marketing.
Here’s how
You will spearhead the pricing strategy for Voice products, including our legacy phone and Business Connect services, with a focus on acquiring net new customers in Small and Medium Business
You will develop and execute on a quarterly promotional plan
You will identify key market opportunities by analyzing customer data, competitive pricing and promotions across all products and brands
You will collaborate with external partners/ vendors to launch new features and promotional offers
You will present strategic plans and report on results to senior leadership members
You will collaborate cross functionally with stakeholders to execute on pricing and promotional initiatives
You will support business case pricing initiatives to determine profitability by analyzing revenue, cost, and RGU impacts
Qualifications
You’re the missing piece of the puzzle
You have relevant experience in a pricing, marketing, or program management role where you were involved in executing key strategic marketing and/ or pricing initiatives
You enjoy thinking outside the box and are results driven with a strong desire for product and portfolio ownership
You are agile and have the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives in the portfolio and work within an environment of rapid change
You are passionate about continuous improvement and are not afraid to challenge the status quo
You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable interpreting data and trends to derive key insights
You are an open and collaborative communicator and are comfortable providing strategic recommendations and can clearly present insights to senior leaders
Great to haves
Prior experience in telecommunications
Familiarity with phone services and hardware devices
MBA or Bachelor in Commerce/ Business would be considered an asset
Expertise with analytic tools such as Google Sheets and presentation tools such as Google Slides
