Location: 14810 Grasslands Dr. Englewood, CO (***HYBRID***)

Contract Duration: 12-18 month contract with potential for extension or conversion

Pay Rate: $60-65/hr.

Overview: The Integration Technology and Lab Services team at our Telecommunications client is looking to bring on a high-level Sr. Construction Project Manager to support a multiyear lab evolution project. This individual will drive the project plan, scheduling, milestones and reporting for a construction project focused on revamping their current lab space.

Skill Set

• 3-5+ years of experience with construction Project Management
• Must have experience facilitating a move or relocation of a workforce or operation
• Strong understanding of project impact and ability to design effective communication plans to provide updates to teams that will be affected by the construction
• Experience writing requirements to understand the needs of stakeholders, necessary capacity, and cause and effect of relocation/builds.
• Experience with Microsoft Projects (or similar) and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal team members as well as external vendors and consultants to drive project plan for Lab Evolution
• Drive project planning, scheduling, and milestones for project
• Create effective communication plans to keep internal stakeholders up to date on project updates that will impact them
• Facilitate project meetings and provide status updates to ensure project is kept on track
• Write requirements and formulate reports for tracking purposes

Interview Process:

• Intro phone call with recruiter
• On-video interview prep call with recruiter
• One hour long panel interview with the GVP and VP via Microsoft Teams
