Sr. Reporting Analyst-Supply Chain
We manage the supply chain for the network material that champions the leading edge of technology and media. We support network projects that expand connectivity to underserved communities from coast-to-coast-to-coast; build and enhance our fixed broadband network to provide high-speed Internet, TV, and Smart Home Monitoring; and support our world class wireless network, offering our customers Canada’s largest and most reliable 5G network. We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented individual to join our company as a Senior Reporting Analyst. As part of our Supply Chain team, you will engage closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and support reports to help get a clear picture of demand and supply. In your role, you will be responsible to gather business requirements, alignment with stakeholder, testing, implementation, and regular support for the development of reports and dashboards.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide support to business by developing dashboards and reports
- Provide key analytical support to draw conclusions and drive strategic decisions within the business, including maintaining and development of key performance indicators (KPI)
- Analyse data to develop insights and present the story from the numbers
- Collaborate with IT and other teams to source data and develop mechanisms to ensure that reports and dashboards work as per the defined standards.
- Act as a single point of contact for reporting issues/questions for the team
- Produce, analyze, and distribute weekly, monthly, and annual reports and metrics to support key objectives.
- Develop, automate, and document reports, iteratively build, and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical needs
You should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree, with 5-10 years of experience in developing and automating reports.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle/SAP and ability to extract reports.
- Strong skills to develop reports/dashboards using, excel, power BI, Tableau, Neotix
- Strong technical and analytical skills with a passion for telling stories with data.
- Flexibility to take new responsibilities as needed by the business.
- Ability to collaborate on end-to-end automation efforts required to bring models to production.
- Database management and programming experience should include SQL, Visual Basic, MS-Excel (Advanced), Python, Oracle, Data Studio, Microsoft Azure and Databricks.
Great to have:
- A certification in Business analytics or Supply Chain Management
- Experience in Telecom/Retail industry.
- Ability to work with ambiguity
- Ability to collaborate and be a single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
