Job Description :
Procurement and provisioning of voice and data telecommunication services from multiple, strategic partners globally. Order placement and management of all aspects of the service delivery cycle. Provide telecommunication ordering support for IT teams. Perform targeted telecommunication audits for cost avoidance. Manage the vendor relationship through feedback, collaboration, and process improvements to enhance the overall delivery of services. Create and manage an accurate telecommunication inventory. Assist the team with projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • Strong Google docs or Microsoft office knowledge including expert level of Sheets or Excel
  • Telecom and technology expense management experience
  • Ability to interpret invoices in various formats
  • Project Management and tracking including work effort, financial tracking, work task entries, cost savings, process efficiencies, and quality improvements
  • Working knowledge of translating contractual commitments to purchase orders, budgets and reconciling to invoices
  • Ability to understand and map processes, define, and measure process performance and metric trends
  • Self-motivator with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment, independently, and demonstrate strong leadership skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
  • Must be able to interface with end-user business, technology customers, and vendors in an effective and positive manner
  • 5+ years of experience as a Telecom Expense Analyst
Preferred Requirements :
  • Exposure to, or working knowledge of expenses related to network, voice, and data centers preferred.
  • Knowledge of and experience with TEM solutions
  • Familiarity with Coupa financials a plus

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX’s total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan. Salary Pay Range: $91,000.00 – $122,000.00
