Sr Telecommunications Specialist
Overview:
- The seasoned professional will have ownership of our Telecom Operations and Financial Management for Blue Yonder. Manage multiple carrier accounts, seeking cost savings optimization through auditing and technology efficiencies. Manage and partner with our Telecom Expense Management Provider, and cost optimization provider.
Scope:
- Global Telecom Operations and Financial Management
- Mobile device Policy and Process
- Communications to BY Associates Globally for Mobile device support
- Cost savings with auditing, process improvement
What you’ll do:
- Mobile device Policy and Process
- Facilitate the build of Associate Catalog Requests in ServiceNow
- Carrier Account management and oversight
- Collaboration Tools Account management
- Cost Optimization reporting
- Deliver monthly financial reporting of Budget vs Actuals – Working with the IT FP&A
- Analyze trends and spikes in cost and usage.
- Facilitate the Connect and Disconnect of Circuits and Services
- Partner with the Network Team for Technology solutions
- Partner with Telecom Staff across the Globe
What we are looking for:
- Seasoned Telecom Operations and Analyst Associate
- Must have some experience with ServiceNow ITIL platform
- Must understand how to navigate multiple Carrier Portals
- Demonstrate confident understanding of Carrier services and cost reduction opportunities
- Must be confident is presenting to Leadership – Annual Budget requirements and Monthly Trending and demonstrate forward thinking with Technology shifts
