Strategic Account Manager – Telecoms
We are working with a leading telecommunications brand, who specialise in fibre network services, to residential, and multi-unit properties. The company have dominated the London market and have been trading over 10 years+. The B2B department are growing phenomenally, so can you imagine yourself being part of their growing success? They are after a Strategic Account Manager, who will nurture and grow key spending accounts. Salary package is £37K-£44k + double OTE.
This role is hybrid working, with an expectation to meet clients f2f, allowing for a more personable experience…and their modern offices are based in West London.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is great at building relationships and can offer something more than just a general Account Manager, instead to nurture and grow key spending accounts.
About you?
You will be an experienced Strategic Account Manager with at least 3 years + experience working within a fast-paced revenue driven sales environment. You must have a lot of Account Management experience, within either telecoms or property.
– 3 Years + B2B Strategic Account Management experience
– Experience from a telecoms/technology or property industry
– Advanced knowledge and experience of freehold or leasehold property.
– Passionate about developing long lasting relationships with high spending accounts.
– Passionate about business development, and winning warm/lapsed accounts
– An analytical thinker, able to use data and reporting to increase customer spend
– Experience of successful stakeholder management
– Experience in negotiating deals and upselling/cross selling products.
– Highly organised and a solution driven approach to solving
- Hold regular business reviews with key target sites to develop relationships to bring
mutual financial benefit whilst locking out competition/overbuild.
- Developing Key property & Freeholder accounts to ensure homes passed in line with targets
- Overseeing delivery of signed sites, to support Customer Build and deliver ahead of
competition
- Increasing customer penetration across sites
- Driving commercial partnerships to increase revenue opportunities
- Providing industry knowledge to the customer to drive positive change
- Looks for ways to add additional value to the relationship
- Establish and build good working relationships within internal stakeholders e.g., customer
build and internet service provider, to ensure client needs are met
- Research and react to local competition
- Researching and target prospects using a variety of sales tools.
- Be the ‘go to’ expert for your account base on products and solutions.
- Building high-quality long-standing relationships with your accounts to provide the best
possible brand experience.
- Regularly meeting/speaking to your accounts on a structured call cycle to run through
services, and performance, to identify threats and seek opportunities within your account
base to drive revenue.
- Providing regular reporting on progress to management as required.
- Responsible for managing workflow and projects through our CRM.
- Working closely against KPI’s and revenue targets.
- Using data to highlight value with your accounts to aid and increase the connections and growth of each account in your total account base.
- Raise brand awareness and act as a brand ambassador.
