EvoVie is expanding our team with experienced independent management consultants who seek project-based, solution-oriented work in the areas of business transformation strategy, project/program management, process optimization, and change enablement. Individuals who seek strict staff augmentation work direct with clients are not a fit for EvoVie.

Specific industry and functional experiences that are helpful are: telecom/cable sales/marketing/care, call/contact center, fintech, customer experience, sales compensation and commissions, performance management, reporting and dashboards, custom application development, technology implementations, requirements gathering/management/testing.

We are seeking individuals with with a passion for client success and bringing thought leadership to the challenges of the day. We go beyond the stated client requests and help them think through the things they don’t know to think about. We fill in the gaps. We make “it” better (whatever “it” may be). Projects may be part-time or full-time. All projects are contracted under a scoped agreement as a sub-contractor to EvoVie. Projects are remote (work from home, wherever you are, in the US) with light potential travel, depending on the client needs.

We are hiring a Strategic Project Manager to provide project planning and thought leadership services to the customer care organization of a fintech company. The client is establishing a new specialized chat queue and is in the initial pilot stage. Your role is to bring leadership to the following:

• Their project plan needs an experienced eye to bolster the goals and success criteria.
• The execution plan likely has gaps that need to be identified and filled in. The entire plan needs to be assessed against short-term and long-term company goals.
• And, oversight of overall execution of this project is required.

Typical project management duties are expected: coordination of tasks with others and yourself, tracking progress, maintaining status updates/reports for EvoVie and client, identifying/managing issues and risks,

You must be a creative thinker with excellent communication, leadership, time management and problem-solving skills. You must be comfortable identifying needs of the client and project and proactively addressing those needs. You must be able to build relationships with stakeholders across the client organization to involve them in the project effort and find the “win-wins”.

This client utilizes the Google docs/drive environment for document creation and storage. The primary client team members are on the east coast time zone. It is anticipated there will be about 5-10 hours per week of meetings during the business day, with another ~10 hours you can manage around your schedule. This project is estimated to be ~15-20 hours per week for an initial 6 month duration.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience with this type of strategic project management, and ideally with customer care chat experience.
