We are looking for a student worker in a Quality Assurance (QA) engineer role to develop and execute manual, exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality.

The QA engineer role plays an important part in our company’s product development process. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs while being cost-effective.

You will learn about all stages of software development and how to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Work in a cross-functional team together with Android developers and iOS engineers to design, implement and release new features in the FairBid SDK
• Participate in reviews of requirements, specifications, and technical design documentsWork with our detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
• Gain knowledge on a variety of cutting-edge technologies as you maintain a software that is used by hundred million users every day.

Qualifications:

• Basic technical understanding of software, the internet and technology in general
• Strong interest in software development
• Strong interest in software quality assurance
• Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes are very beneficial!
• Studying a for BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related subject or having a comparable background
