Job Description Summary:

Boeing is currently looking for Supply Chain Procurement Analyst to join their team in Mesa, AZ. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Global Services (BGS) business organization. This is an opportunity to become fully immersed in the Vertical Lift Sustainment Supply Chain function, and develop a strong understanding of the integration across multiple functions (i.e. Contracts, Estimating and Pricing, and Supply Chain). In this role, you will have a deep working understanding of internal proposal requirements, internal supply chain processes, and the external supply Chain. You will apply project management tactics and problem-solving skills with a focus on the stabilization and health of supply chain proposal process. This opportunity requires strong leadership attributes with the ability to clearly communicate to leadership across Multiple Functions.

This is a hybrid position that allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.
  • Develops and maintains standard supplier contractual terms, conditions and special clauses and agreements.
  • Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators.
  • Communicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities.
  • Leads cross-functional process management activities.
  • Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action. Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high risk programs.
  • Develops and participates in the implementation of supply base plans to support customer, program and commodity strategies.
  • Develops mitigation plans.
  • Develops and participates in the implementation of supply base plans to support customer and program.
  • Supports the Boeing Proposal Process by representing Supplier management

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • More than 3 years of experience preparing reports in support of data analysis.
  • More than 3 years of experience working with analytics, data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendations.
  • More than 3 years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience working on government proposals, to include Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) compliant proposals
  • Experience leading teams including cross-functional teams
  • Previous Procurement experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Typical Education/ Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor’s) and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master’s and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience, 10 years related work experience).
