Engineer, Telecommunication Systems

(Washington, D.C., The Hague, NL, or Betzdorf, LU)

Role Description

You will be a valued member of a team of 6 globally dispersed engineers working on end-to-end systems projects on satellite investment cases including replacements and expansion of existing businesses!

As our Engineer, Telecommunication Systems, you will be responsible for: (this is not an exhaustive list)

• End-to-End user centered processes
• Translating Customer business needs into a system concept
• Apportion technical requirements for each element of the system
• Execute studies to pave SES’s path to the business expansion and diversification as it pertains to our Strategic Plan

Your Profile

• Must Haves
• Degree in telecommunications or related field
• Theoretical Knowledge of satellite and associate technologies
• Minimum of 5 years in an Engineering role

• Nice to Have
• Experience in satellite manufacturing industry
• Fluency in other languages besides English
• Knowledge of project financial structures
