A Cisco Voice Engineer job in Akron, OH is available courtesy of Modis. In this position you will provide top-level technical expertise in overall telecommunications/contact center design, planning, implementation and hardware/software maintenance. You will also provide technical leadership on complex telecommunications projects; investigate new telecommunications/contact center technology relating to security, connectivity, and voice/data communications convergence. You must have UCCX and Call manager experience – and un understanding of Call Routing/Queues/Call Center.
This is a hybrid position – working 3 days a week from home.
Cisco Voice Engineer job responsibilities include:
- Provide expertise in overall Telecommunications/Contact Center design, planning and implementation
- Provide technical leadership on complex Telecommunications projects
- Investigate new Telecommunications technology relating to security, connectivity and voice/data communications convergence
- Must have UCCX and Call Manager experience and an understanding of Call Routing Queues/Call Center
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree
- 5 years of experience in enterprise level environments working directly with voice and data network (wired and wireless)
- Must have UCCX and Call Manager experience and an understanding of Call Routing Queues/Call Center
- Project management/implementation on a variety of small to enterprise class telecommunications/contact center project
