T-Mobile Assistant Store Manager – Retail Sales + Leadership

We are part of Arch Telecommunications as a T-Mobile Premium Retailer. We have an immediate opening for a Retail Assistant Manager. We are seeking to add a motivated sales representatives that has some leadership experience and who would like to grow into a Store Manager position in the future.

As a Retail Assistant Manager, you will:

• Assist our customers in finding solutions in address their needs
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience that promotes customer loyalty and strengthens the T-Mobile brand
• Help coach and develop Retail Sales Associates
• Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Maintain an outgoing personality to ensure friendliness and positivity in the workplace
• Learn the in’s and out’s of running a T-Mobile retail store so that you can be in position to be promoted to a Store Manager

What’s required of a Retail Assistant Manager?

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply and have 12 months in retail sales or related experience
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays and have reliable transportation
• Multitasking and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Fast learner for an everyday changing environment
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, google sheets or excel)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 – $18.00 per hour
