Talent Manager Analytics (m/f/d)

(unlimited, full-time) in Baden-Baden or Verl – 80% Mobile Office

What you are expected to do:

• You are responsible for the SuccessFactors Talent-Modules Succession, Performance & Goals
• You are supporting our HR business partners in all matters of Talent management, Career- und Succession Planning
• You organise our Talentpanels
• You collect all relevant KPIs and perform the analysis
• You initiate new ideas to optimize our global talent processes in the context of digital transformation
• You implement innovations and train our international HR business partners

What you should bring:

• Completed university degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science or a comparable field
• Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, ideally in the modules Succession Planning, Performance & Goals
• High affinity for digitalization topics in the HR environment and enthusiasm for new tools and methods
• Distinct structured and goal-oriented way of working as well as high service orientation
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English
