- You will lead an innovation team responsible for developing new offering and go-to-market strategies for telecommunications sector
- You will be accountable for the strategic roadmap, facilitating the team to provide scope whilst guiding them on priorities based on client value
- Coordinating budget and reporting on overall progress and risks is part of your daily business
- Acting as project manager in complex initiatives, collaborating with experts from the team and other areas is a matter of course for you
- Coaching and developing individual members, establishing objectives and forming a performing team is as much as your job as listening to team’s feedback and resolving any issues or conflicts
- Own and continuously improve the work method, including best practices, agile roadmaps, project life cycles, deliverable skeletons, etc.

- You have at least five years of professional experience in telecommunications
- You already managed a team or coached individuals
- An entrepreneurial mindset, with good technical and commercial judgment is part of your skill-set
- You are objective and customer oriented, and have very good conceptual and team player skills
- You possess a high level of organizational and project/program management skills, experience with tools like Jira is a plus
- You have experience in field of innovation in telecommunications, and are strongly interested in new technologies
- Very good communication skills and willingness to travel completes your profile
