The Team Lead Project Manager Implementation (f/m/d) coordinates, supervises, trains, and supports the Service Transition Project Management Team to ensure the efficient planning and execution of infrastructure implementation projects, as defined within the contractual service agreements, implementation timelines and internal Interxion standards. Your Role

• Managing and developing a high performing Project Management team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results
• Responsible for the project cost control making sure the defined budget is not surpassed
• Ensuring that the audits and quality checks are completed in accordance with the Interxion policies
• Co-ordinating multiple projects and keeping a complete record of the process and results
• Oversees the internal hand-over of the implemented solutions to Service Operations

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Telecommunications or Electro-Technical education on the local Master or certified Technician level
• More than 7 years of experience as Senior engineer and/or Project Manager in an electro technical or industrial/mechanical environment
• Profound experience as a team lead
• Expert in electrotechnical systems and technical project management
• Extensive knowledge in system implementation projects
• Fluent in German and English
