Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for low-level planning and delivery of EPICS within the Voice and Contact areana, contributing to the overall unit’s success.
- Manage day to day relationship with project stakeholders. Ensure project is managed to time, cost and quality constraints. Deliver reports on progress, issues and blockers.
- Develop relationships across multiple teams, product to PDM, platforms, design, test and delivery
Skills
Provide detailed information on any qualifications, technical expertise or security clearance that you will need for the job. (See example statements below).
- Project Management: Need to be able to draw together a plan and deliver across Release based, non-release based or agile delivery methods
- Communication: Ability to produce and report on project plan and reporting.
Agile methodology. Knowledge of and preferably experience in Agile delivery
Experience
Describe the experience that an individual in this role is likely to have.
Prefered experience with Voice and Contact products.
Mandatory experience in dealing with Technology/Digital/Network platforms.
Prefered experience with SAFE/agile methodology
Prefered experience with finance tracking
