Nexicom Systems is looking for a Technical Inside Sales Representative.

Key responsibilities include:

· All aspects of the sales function, from providing customer service regarding new and pending orders, identifying product needs, contacting vendors for product costs and lead times, providing quotations, entering orders, and ensuring that customer inquiries are met within the time frame outlined in the company’s divisional goals.Live answering incoming calls and emails form current/new customers.

· Responsible for informing customers of new product offerings and assist in the development and implementation of sales initiatives.

· May be required to conduct CPE Product Provisioning/Customization, and complete product related training and certifications identified for the position

Education:

Community college graduate in a program related to business, telecommunications and network technology, or relevant work experience. This may include Information Networks Diploma, Computer Programmer Analyst Diploma or equivalent. Marketing Background an asset.

Bilingual English/French an asset.

Computer Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of Windows operating system, Linux, Microsoft Office Suite of Products, and Inventory Management Systems (ERP). Some, Data Networking and modem configuration knowledge.

Experience:

One to three years of business experience involving customer service and technical support in the telecommunications sector.
