The Technical Project Coordinator will guide the execution, planning, coordinating, requirements, timelines, processes, standards, staffing and expectations for technical services projects in the LCS corporate office, business units and equity communities.

The Role:
Project Coordination

Participate in the planning and deployment of Information Technology projects

Interact with team members and vendors to facilitate successful completion of deployments

Maintain project documentation, creates and distributes written communications

Monitor issues which may hinder project success, and escalate as appropriate

Assist with special projects as needed and as time permits

Perform requirements gathering tasks through interviews and discussions with key business personnel

Third Party Management:
Serves as the relationship manager with third-party organizations who are identified as primary IT service providers to LCS managed communities

Procedures and Process Improvements

Identifies and assists with development and refinement of troubleshooting tips and support processes

Contributes ideas for process improvement. Follows and adheres to company defined IT standards and procedures

Liaison between new client communities and LCS IT

Develops and maintains an effective working relationship between users, LCS IT staff and third-party solution providers and the Information Technology department

Responsible for planning, organizing and directing technical personnel in the installation of telecommunications equipment, PCs, data communications, hardware, software and printers and other technology related systems and services as requested by the client community

Facilitates the supports transition to third-party solution providers once the client is operationally stable

Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar

2-4 years’ experience in infrastructure/system/software solution development and delivery

Experience working within the healthcare and/or senior living industries a plus

Knowledge & Skills:
Strong written and oral communication skills

Familiar with project management concepts and terminology

Familiar with Information Technology concepts and terminology

Experience managing project budgets and reporting

Estimated Salary Range:
$60,000 – $75,000

The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant factors.
