Job Description

We’re migrating the knowledge management system for a leading technology firm that continues to change the face of digital transformation. We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager who can drive performance while serving as both liaison and safeguard between stakeholders and the implementation team. Your dedication to team collaboration–working closely with Business Systems Analysts and Architects to solidify coverage and develop articulate technical requirements–will result in the highest-quality delivery. Your technical acumen and experience in knowledge management will add considerable value as you foster professional growth for yourself and your team.

About the team

The Logic20/20 Digital Transformation team applies design thinking and next-gen technologies to advance our clients toward their biggest business goals. We’re architects, managers, and engineering consultants coming together to gain a 360-degree perspective of the challenges at hand and developing innovative, high-impact solutions.

About you

• You have a broad delivery capability that spans strategy, technology, and/or business, with a focus on technical implementations or enhancements
• You serve as a savvy liaison between development teams and business stakeholders
• You mentor junior resources to help them grow as professionals and leaders
• You have experience in end-to-end delivery of custom and packaged technology solutions
• You have experience in compliance and quality assurance regarding various delivery phases (e.g. estimation and scope planning, design and code reviews, test plan development, triage, various testing stages, formal reviews, and signoffs)

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership and management experience at a consulting firm
• Demonstrated ability to identify business and technical impacts of user requirements and incorporate them into the project plan
• Understanding of and experience in standard delivery lifecycle methodologies (SDLC, Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
• Proficient in MS Project and various PM tools (such as Jira or VSO)
• Undergraduate degree in technology or business

We’d also be super impressed if you

• Are experienced with Salesforce CRM projects
• Have a solid understanding of Lightning Knowledge
• Have experience with Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS)
• Have previous involvement in a migration from Classic Knowledge to Lightning Knowledge
