Now we are
looking for an active and highly motivated experienced **Technical account manager
- for our main flagship product – AI-Voicebot.
Tasks
- Lead the projects, attracted by the
business development managers, from the technical side
- Conduct meetings and presentations to
the customers together with business development managers.
- Gather the requirements to the product
from the customer’s decision makers
- Cooperate with the conversational
designers, product owners and development teams for product implementation
- Provide product support to customers
before and after-sales.
Requirements
- Native German.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Experience as an
account manager / presales or a similar role for at least 2 years in the field IT or
telecommunications;
- Open-minded personality, oriented on
business goals.
- Good critical thinking and
problem-solving skills.
- Solid technical background
