EVAPAR is currently looking to fill our role of Telecom Account Coordinator. The focus of this role is to be our primary point of contact for any corporate telecom accounts. By working directly with our local service teams they will help to coordinate service schedules and emergency repairs. Responsibilities will include utilizing Evapar internal accounting software as well as entering information in customer provided scheduling and invoicing portals.
The right individual will need to be a great communicator, highly organized, and a self-starter.
Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Receive incoming emergency repair request from all corporate telecom accounts
- Work with local service teams to quickly dispatch technicians to emergency repair request
- Maintain accurate records of telecom preventative maintenance accounts
- Work with Evapar service teams to ensure PM services are being performed within set timeframes
- Work with Evapar service teams to input quotations into customer online portals
- Complete invoicing for all telecom service orders using customer invoicing portals.
- Act as liaison between telecom customers and Evapar service teams
- Provide monthly updates to Corporate Service Manager on all telecom accounts
- Act as backup to Evapar National Account manager
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Microsoft office
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-Starter
- Must be able to work in a face paced environment
