Job Title: Telecom Administrator

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Commerce)

Duration: 3 months initial – potential for Contract to Hire for the right candidate

100% On-site, Mon – Fri

Job Qualifications

• RightFax / OpenText / e-fax system experience – used for inbound and outbound faxing. Prefer OCR experience as well.
• Akkadian Provision Management or any provision management experience.
• Contact Center experience (Genesys / Cisco)
• SIP trunking experience
• Knowledge of networking / infrastructure
• IT Support experience (Tier I / II) in a Contact Center environment. Familiar with ticketing systems.
• Vendor management, and light project management experience

Current / Upcoming Projects:

• Currently transitioning from Toshiba to Cisco products. 10 sites have completed migration, 5 sites left to migrate. This resource will assist with remaining migration, cut-over / go-live, and post-live support.
• Full-time assisting with RightFax / OpenText. Will be integrating RightFax OCR in the near future.

General Requirements:

• 2+ years of Telecommunications experience
• 2+ years of Contact Center system experience
• 2+ years of experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and hardware
• A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and systems

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
