Job Description:
Our client is seeking an Avaya Engineer to join their Systems team. This person will be responsible for supporting and troubleshooting the Avaya suitie. Avaya Aura CM, Aria Messaging, Verint Contact Center and Avaya Aura conferencing. They will address day to day break/fix issues related to the systems listed. they need to be able to program and deploy endpoint devices. the role also requires the ability to collaborate with other members of the Telecom team with addressing issues and provide contact center application support.
Experience:

Experience with ServiceNow is ideal but other ticketing systems welcome

Avaya Aura CM (7.1)

Avaya Aura Messaging (Aria)

Avaya Aura Contact Center (Verint)

Avaya Aura Conferencing

Does not require direct supervision able to take high level direction and proactively move a project or internal initiative from start to finish with minimal assistance.

Able to perform a wide variety of technical and organizational tasks

Excellent writing skills and comfortable with presenting before large groups of people

Detailed and thorough, consistent documentation skills for troubleshooting issues.
