WHERE THIS POSITION IS LOCATED:
- Hybrid – Charlotte, NC
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- Review, analyze and process invoices for telecommunications services including POTS, data and wireless services.
- Interface with third-party Telecom Expense Management (TEM) system and vendor; Manage TEM environment including ordering, customer support, vendor management and procurement of equipment/services
- Monitor and respond to daily inquiries from internal customers and external vendors on cellular services questions
- Optimize telecommunication spend through, but not limited to, audits, vendor rate plan changes, new technology opportunities, vendor changes, and disconnect of redundant services.
- Place and track orders for new service, service failures and service disconnections
- Resolution of billing errors, discrepancies, and process applications for credits.
BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- 2+ years of relevant background experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with mobile device management nice to have
