Purpose: The Telecom Analyst is a key member of the Digital Experience team who will leverage their skills in telecommunications to support, maintain and enhance Berry’s Microsoft Teams Voice and AudioCodes Direct Routing technology solutions. We are looking for you to support large-scale technology deployments across multiple plants and geographical regions. The Digital Telecommunications Analyst will be the first level of response to issues, questions and requests to Berry’s Enterprise Voice Communications Solutions.
Responsibilities
· The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of telecommunications infrastructure including PBXs, call management systems, voice mail, paging, analog, VoIP Protocols/Services
· Ability to troubleshoot the digital telecommunications systems
· Conduct moves, adds, changes, analysis and problem resolution
· Responsible for managing support ticket queue, working with end users to collect information and escalating issues to third party support or vendors as necessary
· Work on special projects as requested by leadership
Qualifications
· 2+ years of IT experience in various capacities across technical and support roles
· Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
· Well-developed interpersonal, influencing and relationship building skills, particularly with various levels of employees with disparate capabilities in technology
· Able to create cross-functional relationships and work in a global, matrixed environment
· Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
· Ability to travel as necessary Collaborate with IT, HR & Marketing teams on new initiatives
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams
· Experience Supporting UCaaS, O365 and SaaS a plus
· Experience Supporting Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, AudioCodes is encourage
