A major logistics and manufacturing company located in Charlotte is looking to add a telecom analyst to join its team! Benefits are offered upon conversion for this temporary-to-hire role.

salary: $24 – $26 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM

education: Bachelor

Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze and process invoices for telecommunications services Resolution of billing errors, discrepancies, and process applications for credits

  • Invoice consolidation and account management

  • Work tickets in ServiceNow for cellular orders and place orders on vendor portals

  • Place and track orders for new service, service failures, and service disconnect

  • Cost allocation and analysis

  • Budget analysis and departmental cost tracking

  • Interface with accounting and finance teams to determine cost allocations

Skills

  • excel (4 years of experience is required)

  • MS Office Suite (4 years of experience is required)

  • Invoices (3 years of experience is required)

  • Filing (3 years of experience is required)

  • Time Management (2 years of experience is required)
