Description:
Client is looking for a Telecom Analyst to assist with a project decommission voice circuits as they migrate to Microsoft Teams. The Telecom Analyst will be responsible for coordination, communication, tracking and managing the decommissioning process with the various Telecom Carriers (AT&T, Lumen, Frontier, etc). Candidates should have experience working with Telco Carriers to provision/deprovision circuits, coordinate / communicate throughout the process and track against invoices for accuracy. Additional experience working with carriers to troubleshoot issues and track incident tickets to resolution is preferred. Basic AVAYA knowledge for Moves, Adds, Changes (MAC) preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience working with Telecom Carriers for provisioning/deprovisioning of voice circuits. Detail oriented and able to work in Excel spreadsheets for tracking and reporting. Familiarity reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness of deprovisioning process, including validating correct charges.
