Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages requests for changes to phones and voice mailboxes.
- Some project planning.
- Work with the caregiver that submits the request to figure out the details of what is needed by the caregiver/department.
- Technician works with department to design the phones and the call flows needed.
- Information is then converted to the technical details for the technician to program the phones.
- This role also represents telecom in major projects.
Position Requirements
- Experience with large moves, adds, changes of IP, digital and analog phones
- Experience in a large campus environment
- Good interpersonal skills
- Experience with CS1000 phone programming would be a plus
- Familiarity with Genband/Ribbon CS2100 phone programming would be a plus
Initial training will be 5 days a week onsite in Cleveland Ohio. Then this will be a hybrid model (1 day onsite & 4 days remote). Schedule is Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM EST. There may Be Limited local travel between facilities-Mileage/Parking not reimbursed.
