Telecom Analyst
Job Description
Cynergies Solutions Group is looking for qualified candidates for a Telecom Analyst position at our Cleveland Ohio area client.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities are:
- Manages requests for changes to phones and voice mailboxes.
- Some project planning.
- Work with the caregiver that submits the request to figure out the details of what is needed by the caregiver/department.
- Analyst works with department to design the phones and the call flows needed.
- Information is then converted to the technical details for the technician to program the phones.
- This role also represents telecom in major projects.
Top Skills
- Experience with large moves, adds, changes of IP, digital and analog phones.
- Experience in large campus environment
- Good interpersonal skills
- Experience with CS1000 phone programming would be a plus
- Familiarity with Cisco UCM phone programming would be a plus
Location: Initial training is onsite in Cleveland Ohio and also may have limited local travel between facilities. Remote work available after training.
Schedule will be Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM EST.
