Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in search for a Telecom Analyst to join their team in the Indianapolis area. This successful resource will be responsible for migrating the traditional phone system to MS teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage heavy volumes and often complex telecom invoices
• Deliver in-person and web-meetings including all levels with a program office
• Provide feedback to locations on saving opportunities and best practices in Telecom Management
• Update and maintain the circuit status and data with a CMDB
• Manage circuit orders and disconnects as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience with basic knowledge of telecommunication services and networks
• Experience navigating through carrier portals
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Exposure to project coordination/facilitation
• Experience creating process documentation and standard operating procedures

TERMS:
This is a direct hire with a salary up to $75K based on experience. They offer benefits including full medical, dental, and vision along with 401K matching and other benefits.
