Telecom BA (OSS/BSS)consultant

Infosys is seeking a Telecom BA (OSS/BSS)consultant -Infosys is seeking a Lead Consultant with Telecom Domain experience – This position will primary be responsible to interface with key stakeholders; Evaluate and Analyze Billing Products; apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level solution, design artifacts; to deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

• This position is based in Dallas, TX or Denver, CO . Candidate can work from anywhere within the US and or remote. This position may require re-location and or travel to project location.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience in any Telecom OSS/BSS domain

Preferred Qualification

• At least 5 years of experience as business analyst in any Telecom Domain – Order Management, Billing, Sales journey, Services and Support areas, Agent platforms, Product Catalog, Identity Management, Omni Channel Customer Experience Management in Telecom
• Experience/Exposure in Telecom OSS/BSS domain
• Knowledge of Industry standards such as eTOM from TMForum
• Understanding of market and technology trends
• Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires regular travel
• Must be able to communicate complex ideas with both customers and peers in written and oral form
• Leading key Functional and Design meetings with stakeholders and architecture team
• Must be able to communicate complex ideas with both customers and peers in written and oral form.
• Good Communication & Client- interfacing skills, cross-cultural working experience and should be able to work with multinational clients independently
• Analytical and assertive, optimistic, solution oriented, and creative with an open mind
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
