Job Description:

Participate in CloudRunner and other project discovery sessions and provide project deliverables specific to the mobility ordering experience.
Requirements
For the business analyst role, candidates should also be familiar with:

• Provide technical project management support on requests.
• Monitor trends, common pain points, or ambiguity in processes
• Provide input to potential process improvements or improved communication for the direct sellers to reduce common support issues.
• Create documentation/reference material that can be utilized to more efficiently resolve common production issues.
• Determine the root cause for the support request and/or facilitate solutioning and assist the direct seller in how to resolve
• Data transfer
• Flow of Information
• Analysis of Data

Additional Information
Both roles will be US-based remote.  Additional preferences include the following:

• 5+ years of project/program management experience
• 5+ years’ experience in successfully managing application migration in large enterprise environments
• 5+ years’ experience in successfully managing multi-million budgets in large enterprise environments
• Experience in the following:  PRISM, BOLT, Microsoft Project, Tspace, iTrack, Change Management, Jira, Agile Management, OneNote, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
