Overview

The technical system analyst will be responsible for providing system requirements based on business requirements and understanding the various components and their functions within the Architecture platform.

The role is best suited for individuals passionate about identifying and delivering the right Business solution for each client. Our Business Consultants have a keen Business orientation with an understanding of how technology can be effectively applied to meet a variety of Business needs.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must have experience and knowledge of Mobile/Wireless Device vertical.
• Ability to create system requirements based on business requirements and improve the user experience of the software.
• Build trusted client relationships through proactive account management and effective project delivery.
• Follow and execute against the specific business analysis requirements as defined by the business organization.
• Establishes knowledge of client business challenges and priorities to translate into opportunities.
• Maintains regular client communication and satisfaction, ensuring opportunities and challenges are addressed in a timely manner.
• Helps deliver presentations to clients and management teams.
• Contributes to project discoveries, kickoff, and prepares proposals and statements of work following company standards.
• Translate client’s business needs into detailed business requirements documents, use cases and systems interaction diagrams.
• Gather, document and analyze output of business and data requirements using any of the following methodologies: use cases, function/non-function requirements, epics/user stories.
• Improve systems or processes by studying current practices, identifying process improvements, and designing modifications.
• Helps to establish the critical path, milestones, delivery dates, and review client deliverables to ensure they meet client acceptance criteria.
• Provides leadership throughout the lifecycles of a project, guiding the understanding the project team has through design and development to ensure project requirements are met.
• Helps establish project test strategy, methodologies, and test plans.

Pay: From $60.00 per hour
