Capital Tower & Communications, Inc. has been providing cellular site services since 1992. Help us build America’s wireless networks, by working for Capital Tower & Communications, Inc as a Telecom Civil Worker who assists in tower maintenance and new construction of cellular towers.

JOB DESCRIPTION: *
Performs general non-climbing construction of cellular sites to include, but not limited to: site preparation, excavation, access road/compound (grading, gravel, fencing, etc), foundations, electrical/telco facilities, steel assembly, base station, dc power plants, basic electrical wiring), testing and integration, cell operations maintenance/repair; operates equipment to include trucks with trailers, power tools, and non-powered tools.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Review the scope of work and construction drawings
• Assist in verifying that all materials for the project are taken to the job site.
• Verify that all tools, equipment and stocked supplies on your truck & trailer are available and in working order.
• Inspect each truck & piece of equipment in your charge before use.
• Inspect all PFAS
• Report any safety concerns
• Take direction from and perform the job following the scope of work / construction drawings or customer’s instructions.
• Perform all work in a safe, professional manner.
• Report any deviations from the scope of work/construction drawings
• Pick up trash on site daily.
• Take pictures of final work and provide all turnover documentation.
• Clean out truck(s) and trailer(s) after each job and put materials and equipment away.
• Begin preparations for next job.

Qualifications:

• High School/GED Required
• Must be Authorized to Work in the US
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a Class A CDL
• Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen, physical capacity profile and background check

General Info:

• Job Type: Full-Time Year Round
• Travel Required – 6 weeks on the road then we fly you home for a 7-10 day break

• Average Pay is between $70,000 and $95,000 a year with Bonus and Per-diem * based on 42 weeks a year worked- Average of 60 hours per week
