This position is based in Forest Lake, MN. No relocation funding is available.
Vinco, Inc. in Forest Lake, MN is hiring full-time, year-round telecom techs to work on wireless communications towers and other projects as needed. Approximately $68k+ including overtime the first year, more with relevant experience. Training is paid, and tools/equipment/transportation to jobs provided.
Previous tower climbing exposure NOT needed. Qualified applicants must be able to safely work at heights (100 feet and higher), have a sincere willingness to learn new things, and follow instructions from the crew foreman. Applicants must pass a pre-employment and DOT physical, be able to climb with a harness, safety equipment, and tools, and have good dexterity.
A valid driver’s license is preferred. Want a CDL Class A license (not required)? If interested, we’ll help you to get one and it adds to your pay!
The position requires the ability work locally and throughout the upper Midwest. Per diems to cover lodging and meals when on the road 100+ miles away are provided.
We pay weekly, and hours worked over 40 in a week are time-and-a-half your hourly rate. NO CAP ON OVERTIME! WEEKLY PAYCHECKS!
