Our client in the telecommunications industry is looking for a construction coordinator. This candidate will be responsible for job creation workflow and milestone management of construction projects as well as administrative quality control of jobs. This is a contract position. Candidate can be remote and work MT or PT hours. There will be occasional in-office days with notices given in advance, and candidates can report to any west coast location (AZ, CA, CO, NM, OR, TX, UT, WA).
Responsibilities
- Manage and track milestones through full lifecycle, act as a liaise with stakeholders, conduct admin and milestone quality control and provide daily reporting for next level management
- Work on funding requests, materials management, contracts/agreements, purchase orders and job estimates
- Manage and analyze quality control flow by evaluating reports, feedback, and interacting with other roles to ensure milestones have been closed
- Work tickets in the system to ensure address is serviceable before adding it and receive tasks from construction in P2 system (salesforce based) to work
- Look at maps to determine serviceability to ensure accuracy and how far the address is from the available service point
Qualifications
- 2 years of related experience required
- Familiar with and able to read design maps
- Proficient experience with Excel and vlookups
- Someone who is energetic, detailed, and familiar with data entry
- Telecommunications industry experience preferred but not required

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
