Title: Telecom Coordinator

Remote: 100% Remote – Could be hybrid in Manchester, NH at some point

Duration: 12+ Month Contract (On-Going)

Compliance: Background Check

Pay Rate: $50-60k based on prior experience

TOP SKILLS REQUIRED:

1) Prior experience working in Telecom, Cable, MSO, or Wireless industry. Knowledge of Design and Construction teams.

2) 2+ years of experience working within a CRM. Salesforce preferred.

2) Proficient in MS Excel including pivot tables, v look ups, reading charts, data, etc.

3) Documentation and updating tasks, calling internal business partners for status and invoicing updates

Job Description:

TEKsystems is currently looking to bring on a Telecom Coordinator that can help with invoicing, billing process improvement, and documentation within a Salesforce-based tool. Our customer is transitioning planning & design responsibilities to a newly formed division design team. The “P2” team will perform invoicing, job creations, tracking, change management, and ticket closing. Training within the specific internal CRM will be provided.

NOTES FROM CURRENT TEAM MEMBER:

• Invoicing is only a piece
• Digging in to what teams do and their processes
• Heavily supporting the Construction & Design groups
• Know how everything within a team or department works
• Lot of question asking and seeking to understand
• Training business partners on how to correctly submit invoicing
• Closing jobs before invoicing is complete
• Submitting JIRA tickets
• Chatter with stakeholders, managers, and team members via Email, and Teams
• Some coordinators call more than others depending on team they’re supporting
• Opportunity to grow/specialize, focus on specific projects and groups
