Our Telecom Coordinators manage business telecom service migration from initial contact to scheduling work order to completion.
What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Research, contact, and educate business customers regarding service migration
- Act as a service coordinator to schedule work orders, ensuring resource availability
- Be the liaison between the customer and our client throughout the migration process
- Telecommunication ordering installation/disconnection/migration of services
- Proactively, and through an established rapport, keep customers up to date on project status
What it Takes to be Successful as a Telecom Coordinator:
- Being comfortable with customer interaction via phone and email
- Maintaining client base without sacrificing customer needs
- Mastery in maintaining customer relations
- Solid written and verbal communication
- Being self-motivated; working independently
- Experience in business telecom strongly desired but not required
- Available M-F during standard working hours (PST & MST regions)

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
