Project Scope:

  • Service & billing reconciliation for hosted voice, SIP, & PRI customers – includes comparing billing records from our billing system against service records in voice portal and noting any deviations between the two
  • Completing conversion template – taking reconciled data and matching current configuration to new configuration for the new platform and uploading that template to the appropriate customer folder in SharePoint
  • Customer outreach – calling customers to notify them of the platform change and scheduling the cutover (will have training materials and process docs)
  • Data entry into MSD from Voice Ops template to close out project sites & coordination with Service Delivery if any billing changes need to be entered into billing system

Qualifications:

  • Telecom background, preferably in service delivery or customer-facing support role (2-3 years’ experience will suffice)
  • Project management/project coordination experience is a plus
  • Will need at least one of the candidates to have extensive excel knowledge for overall project tracking

$18 an hour – 3 month contract **

Must have Telecom experience **
