Telecom Engagement Manager

We are seeking a Telecom Engagement Manager for a fully REMOTE 12-month contract (with possible extension and/or conversion to perm). This is for a Fortune 200 and top telecommunications company.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Acts as single point of contact for intermediate level implementation lifecycle management on a group of assigned customer accounts.
  • Partners closely with sales and service delivery eco-systems to understand and implement sold solutions.
  • Provides critical date management and escalation support to meet committed delivery objectives.
  • Validates order details for sold services
  • Follows established protocol for submitting orders to order entry and provisioning.
  • Provides timely response to customer and service delivery inquiries.
  • Pro-actively manages the customer’s service needs to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and that their expectations are met.
  • Meets learning, development, and personal growth objectives to provide a superior customer experience.


Ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of Telecom/ Networking experience
  • 3-4 years of related customer care/engagement management experience
  • Experience with MS Excel
  • Ability to maintain a fundamental understanding of client’s products and services.
  • Customer service, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Collaboration skills and use a team approach to accomplishing work
  • Self-starter mentality
