What you’ll be doing:

• Take the lead in working with our business partners to develop voice solutions and 3rd party systems in support of their projects and business requirements.
• Design and development of the telecommunication infrastructure to ensure stability for critical applications including disaster recovery and system recovery plans
• Define infrastructure requirements for the implementation of new applications
• Definition, discovery, testing and assessment of new products and services and provide recommendations to IT management and business partners
• Mentor other engineers and provide escalation support to the operations team
• Maintain all relevant documentation.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
