Kforce has a client that is seeking a Telecom Engineer in Atlanta, Georgia (GA).Essential Functions:

  • ACD Administration and configuration, routing and design

  • Telecom Engineer will serve as SME, train and support the front-line teams on ACD usage (Service Desk and the GCC)

  • Responsible for ensuring day-to-day operation, reliability, and integrity of the enterprise telephony platforms

  • First Point of Contact for ACD and telephony Troubleshooting

  • Troubleshooting International call routing

  • Provisioning and maintaining voice-related services such as SIP lines and SIP trunks, Hosted services, etc.

  • As a Telecom Engineer, you will participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation

  • Administration of the ticketing tool

  • JIRA intake and supporting production applications as part of Application operations team

  • Willing to work in night shift/late hours

  • Willing to work on on-call support

  • Experience in migration to a different ACD platform

  • Extensive knowledge of ACD configuration, routing, and design

  • Understanding of domestic/International call routing

  • Understanding of SIP call flow and can analyze complicated call signaling using packet analyzers

  • Good Communication skills

Good-to-have:

  • Experience working on InContact

  • VoiceXML/JavaScript experience a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
