The Telecom Engineer will be responsible for software and hardware upgrades on Mitel MXONE PBX. They will also handle maintenance, installation, upgrades, system administration and repairs on the telecom system.

responsibilities:

• Inventory Telecom systems, software and hardware upgrades on the Mitel MXONE PBX.

• Incidents response for customer requests for moves, adds and changes.

• Software maintenance, installations, upgrades, troubleshooting, system administration and repairs.

• Work closely with Telecom vendor on upgrades and maintenance.

qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced

• Minimum 5 years of experience

• Education: Bachelors (required)

skills:

• Mitel PBX (5 years of experience is required)

• Mitel MICCE ACD (5 years of experience is preferred)

• MiCAM Voicemail (5 years of experience is preferred)

• Micollab (5 years of experience is preferred)

• Telecom (5 years of experience is required)

• Telecom Engineer (5 years of experience is required)
